Important Updates on the Labor Code!<\/p>\n

Law No. 91\/2024 has introduced significant amendments to Law No. 7961, dated 12.7.1995, \u201cLabor Code of the Republic of Albania.\u201d<\/p>\n

1\ufe0f. Annual Leave: The minimum entitlement to annual leave has been increased from 4 calendar weeks to 22 working days!<\/p>\n

2\ufe0f. Flexibility: The limitation of having a minimum interruption period of one week has been removed.<\/p>\n
